The finalized fee and details shall be subject to the relevant membership page on the VIVAIA official website.

2) Conditions of Use
    For refunds of VIVAIA items purchased with a V Plus Membership discount, VIVAIA will only refund the actual paid amount; all V Plus Membership benefits and privileges shall be subject to the Conditions of Use within the subscription period.

4. Can I have multiple subscriptions?
1) Yes, you can purchase as many subscriptions as you want. The V Plus Membership will automatically renew and continue for another subscription period after each one expires, so you can keep enjoying the benefits for as long as you want.

5. How do I renew my subscription?
1) If a subscription is about to expire, you can renew it in the Personal Center page.

6. How long does one subscription last?
1) V Plus Membership is valid for one year (365 calendar days), starting from the initial subscription date. The subscription will expire automatically after the end of the period.

7. Can I cancel the subscription?
1) V Plus Membership cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased.
2) If you purchase a subscription by selecting the "Pay to subscribe V Plus Membership" option on the Checkout page, and later request a refund for the order, your V Plus Membership will not be canceled along with the order. You can still use the membership benefits for the remainder of the subscription period.
3) When the subscription expires and you choose not to renew it, your membership will be cancelled automatically.

    Please note that your membership account will be the email that you fill in when purchasing the subscription; If you are a registered user of VIVAIA, your subscription will be designated to the purchasing account.
